"Hotel was safe, room very quiet, bed very comfortable. Our room had a spacious terrace. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with many choices including cooked to order omelettes and fresh squeezed juice. We enjoyed being in the heart of the Palermo neighborhood with many restaurants. The only negative was the floor in our room was very dirty. "

"The only positive about this hostel is that the staff were pleasant and the email communicaiton was clear. Other than that, this place is a dump in need of major upgrade. The common area couches and seats were dingy, sagging and really tired. The bathroom and toilets left a lot to be desired. When I booked this "hotel", I was informed that I had one twin bunk bed.
