"We stayed 3 nights at Palo Santo and really enjoyed our stay! Our room was very clean and well appointed. The a/c worked well and wasn’t noisy at all. We especially enjoyed the comfort of the mattress and the pillows. The bath towels are big and soft. For breakfast, they offer several delicious and healthy items, so we ate there everyday. The hotel is well located, near good places to eat. The hotel is ‘green’ and beautiful and everybody who works there just do an excellent job! We hope to be back soon! "Stay was good - got in OK, they sent a car to get me (was a lot more expensive than just getting an Uber myself), the check-in online and/or the app (I can't remember) said they had currency exchange at the front desk - they do not. The location was good - there was a plaza around the corner with plenty of food options and nightlife. I didn't think it was too loud at night and slept great. Room was clean and I liked the little garden backyard. Breakfast was fresh, and the front desk helped out with suggesting what tours to do. "

"I absolutely loved this hotel and everything about it. Everywhere you look there are fresh flowers, green space and a relaxing, welcoming place to sit and unwind. My window looked out on the courtyard pool and a wall of flowering vines. So lovely! We were welcomed with a complimentary drink at the bar our first evening and a wonderful breakfast the next morning. The staff was so helpful and kind and the location cannot be beat with shops, restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance. Though this was a family trip for me, this would be a wonderful place to stay on a romantic getaway or even as a solo traveler. "

"Glad we stayed here! We were hesitant at first because of the name. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff at the front desk, the breakfast and the cook were great, and I enjoyed a swim in the rooftop pool! Also we left a charging cable behind and they emailed us to let us know. We’ve never had a hotel do that before. Impressive!"
