The front desk staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations, and even helped us book a last-minute city tour when our self-booked reservation fell through. "I only stayed at this property for an afternoon and a morning (as I had to change my accommodation for one night ahead of going to a different city), however I found it to be excellent!
