"The staff and service at this hotel were amazing. The staff was very professional and friendly, more importantly, they were very attentive when we called. My only pet peeve was the air conditioning, although it seems you control it in the room, you really don't. We called a few times due to the lack of a/c to find out that they actually control it from the reception area at the lobby. Also, you had to run the hot water for about 3 minutes for it to kick-in - quite a waste of water and time."

"A lovely boutique hotel and a great base to explore B.A. The hotels is only a few streets away from the trendy Palermo Soho where you’ll find some really nice bars and coffee shops, plus just a 5 min walk from Don Julio (it felt safe walking around the local neighbourhood). The hotel has a lovely garden to chill out in, great wine and very friendly staff who are happy to assist with any questions and give recommendations. The rooms are small, but perfectly adequate for a short stay. "

My brother and I booked separate Dazzlers not realizing there were more. The area surrounding our hotel had a few places to eat. The steak house at the corner of the street was excellent in all ways. I was coming from a small town in USA and did not feel completely safe in the area at night. We did uber everywhere which is a very inexpensive way to...

"Bring your ear plugs. Yes, there was construction in the hotel while we're there but even absent that construction. The room was very noisy from outside traffic, cars, people, music, etc. They really should think about offering ear plugs to all of the people who stay. "
