A nice location in Palermo Hollywood, many restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. The room was wonderful, very clean and comfortable, with a balcony, and many nice touches ( eg. rain shower). The staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. Also, a very good breakfast buffet. A winner !

Overall an outstanding hotel. The staff were courteous and extremely helpful. The courtyard garden was lovely, and breakfast buffet is full and fresh every morning. The neighborhood is unbelievable - I highly recommend taking one of the free bicycles out. The only minor down notes were that the room temperature control is minimal (it is an eco hotel after all), and the pool is more of a bathing pond. Again, neither was a very big issue, even though we were there in summer (mid December). Highly recommended.

The staff is exceptionally helpful & friendly. Very good restaurant in the hotel. The waterfalls with varied vegetation are a delight to be hold. Well located in Palermo Hollywood with lots of restaurants, bars & markets. We had a lovely time here.
