"There were no towels "in the contract" so I had to pay 400 pesos per towel. The VAT proved not to be included and I had to pay extra. The electronic room-key didn't work from the first morning. All the time I had to ask , at the reception , to open my room on the 7 th floor. The elevator repeated times didn't work. The same for the wifi. There was no chair in my room . The sheets were to small for the mattress. Many times I woke up lying directly on the mattress , which is hygienically not...

"Hotel was clean and convenient and the staff were very friendly. I was stayed for 7 days and specifically was looking for a place with a kitchen. It's not 5 star, but it was worth the price and I will definitely stay there again. Only downside were the dogs that were in the courtyard -- they would occasionally have these barking tirades. "This hotel is really bad hotel. It’s dirty, fridge does not work, dirty pillows and the breakfast is really poor. Hotel workers are arrogant! In the kitchen is a mess and nobody cares to clean up. I have stayed for 2 nights and on the second night there was no eggs, no cups for juice( coloured water), no cheese and coffee was really bad. Brad was not fresh and mostly sweet bans. "
