This is a great new hotel just built in 2024. We lucked out and got a great price for two nights here at the last minute. It is a very chic and modern hotel that is extremely well furnished. The manager/owner and staff are very professional and friendly. They let us check in two hours early for free. The room we had was relatively small but very stylishly furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is stocked with high-end toiletries. The building is a relatively narrow, four-story building with two terraces on the second (i.e., American third) floor. There is a bar, but unfortunately I did not see it staffed or stocked at any point. I imagine they have plans to open it in the future. There is also a café that is open in the morning for breakfast, which was a delicious spread of food. We were apparently "VIPs" because we had booked through Expedia, and the hotel left us a free bottle of Argentinian red wine in our room when we arrived. We were also able to check out late (at 3 p.m.) for a relatively inexpensive fee of USD$80. The neighborhood—Palermo Soho—felt extremely safe and seemed to be pretty bougie to be honest. The shopping and dining options around are really great.

A estadia foi muito boa! Tudo novinho. O que eu entendo que poderia ser melhor são dois pontos: - O Banheiro: estava com um pequeno vazamento, nada que comprometeu, mas para um hotel novo era algo que não deveria ter. - O Café da manhã poderia ter mais alguma opção de frutas e um omelete feito na hora.

Gostei muito do hotel! Confortável, equipe cordial, café da manhã completo, limpo, tudo novo, localização muito boa. Apenas algumas coisas poderiam melhorar. Como fomos no inverno e como os quartos do térreo ficam em um local aberto, o quarto fica muito frio, já que entra frio pela porta. Além disso, como não tem isolante térmico ou de barulho, quando as pessoas chegam nos outros quartos ou ficam conversando na área de convivência, dá para escutar tudo, inclusive de madrugada. Como sugestão, poderiam isolar a área assim como a primeira área de convivência está isolada. Com exceção desse detalhe, o hotel oferece um ótimo serviço.
