"This is a great unit and the staff were friendly and helpful and it's too bad that management has not updated the furnishings. When I first walked in the place seemed quite "dumpy" and unappealing. The bed was so/so. This impacted us when we'd come home after long days of walking and seeing the sights as there was no comfy place to relax.Sofa and easy chair needed replacing years ago!"

"The facility was spacious and there was a comfortable couch to sit. (View only of a brick wall. ) Bed comfortable with good linen. The suite had a small fridge (full of stuff the hotel wanted you to purchase) and a small microwave. There were no knives and no bowls supplied, nor any cloths. There was no cleaning service (extra charge) Coffee cups had never been cleaned (stains from tea and coffee) Obviously no concept of what travellers would expect or need. "

"The Recoleta neighborhood was a perfect place to stay and CasaSur was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was large and very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend CasaSur to anyone visiting Buenos Aires. "
