The room was good, albeit quite small but the shower cubicle and unit were like a poor 5/10 rated hotel...up grade needed the breakfast was great only issue was literally waiting until 3 for our check in....yes it says, 3 but surely rooms can be made ready a little quicker, not helped as were in a bit of a rush"

"The Glu Hotel has a fantastic, kind and helpful staff, perhaps the best I have seen in any hotel. They pay attention to their guests. This is a small and personable hotel. We stayed in one of the smaller suites, which are located in the back and are very quiet. The location is excellent, close to many activities in Palermo, yet not noisy. The breakfast is served by order, including fresh orange juice. The room is in excellent condition and very clean, and spacious. I highly recommend the...
