"Everything was great we truly enjoyed ourselves except we were disappointed with Kenzies. we went to dinner at 7:30 on Sun 2/9 ordered pizza only for the waitress to return and tell us they were out of pizza, so we ordered a flatbread, again the waitress returned this time to tell us the pizza kitchen was closed. At this point we left and went off properly to get dinner. What restaurant closes the pizza kitchen at 7:30 on Superbowl Sunday!"

"I didn’t go outside as I was attending a conference during my stay. The conference area was amazing. I was told by over that location great if you’re going to Disney springs. The lazy pool looked amazing from my balcony. Breakfast was perfect in the restaurant inside hotel. Super helpful night staff during my stay. Make sure too give taxi driver the correct address as two hotels with the same name. "

"The hotel has a lovely pool area. Our granddaughters loved the lazy river and the water slide. The food at the poolside bar is very good and the breakfast buffet has some great options."

"All good with hotel, rooms very spacious and comfortable. Beds could be firmer but sheets are soft and nice. the valet service is pricey but it is fast and convenient. "
