"The location is fantastic for going to Disney. Everything was spotlessly cleaning and the staff was great. However, we didn't have hot water for most of the time we were there - it was lukewarm at best. The breakfast buffet and coffee shop were both great. But room service doesn't start until 4pm and has about 5 available items. It was kind of shocking for a 4 star hotel. It's great to have access to all the Wyndham property pools but people were saving chairs like there's no tomorrow at 2pm...

"Location and staff is great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has many amenities which we liked but the carpet around needs a deep clean and pool needs more maintenance. The room doors are super noisy. Everytime someone comes in and out, the door slammed back making a vibration and sound throughout the other rooms. Overall is nice and we would stay again in another floor. "
