"This hotel is great for value. It is clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our main issues would be: - the beds could use some updating. The mattresses are a bit worn and the pillows were very uncomfortable. We needed to ask for extras because of how flat they were - there was only one working elevator (two out of service) and it took a long time each day to get up or down but especially down Overall it was good and definitely worth it for the price. "I would definitely stay here again. The queen roomis so spacious. There is a mini refrigerator, a safe, two bottles of complimentary bottles of water-nice. There is plenty of drawers to put your clothes in- thoughtful. The congress plaza hotel also included a coffee pot with coffee and tea-conveient. There is one problem-the paint smell in the room. This was a little uncomfortable for me. Other than that, I say it was a really good hotel for your buck. Oh, I forgot to mention the free continental breakfast that is served in the restaurant downstairs. So, thoughtfull. I would definitely recommend The Congress Plaza hotel to anyone. "
