"The hotel staff was great, the room was clean, the TV didn't work, they only have cold water for the showers, it was a little pricey for what you get. I had been to the hot springs before the hurricane hit and there were a lot more pools. The two that they did have were hot and enjoyable although were in need of being repainted and cleaned. "We absolutely loved our stay! The check-in process was smooth and quick. The spacious and clean room was very much welcomed after a long travel day. The surroundings were generally well maintained. We very much enjoyed the hot spring pools. The breakfast was delicious, service was quick. I really enjoyed all of the animals roaming around, including those on the farm."
