The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The grounds were very nice and the hot springs at the hotel were super nice after a day of hiking. We liked the room and the porch and chairs outside of the room as well.

This is our second year in a row coming to Paradise Hot Springs resort and we will be coming back! It is a hidden gem, with beautiful spacious and clean rooms, amazing clean hot pools, beautiful grounds and views of the Arenal Volcano, and little bonuses like the Finca Cafe and the new infinity pool overlooking the volcano! Staff is amazing and helpful for anything you need for your stay in the La Fortuna area. Great breakfast cafe included, and the restaurant is very good and has live music several nights each week. Love this place!

We loved our stay at Paradise hot springs resort! The property is beautiful and the staff are so nice and helpful. I would recommend having a car to be able to drive to additional restaurants and attractions in the town of La Fortuna.
