"Our cottage was just steps to Lake Tahoe! Comfortable for four. A few maintenance projects; a few small holes in the wall in the bathroom; new blinds on all the windows. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. However, we had a gas leek from the stove. We were gone one day for about 10 hours and when we arrived back to our cottage, the gas smell was overwhelming! Had that been at night, we would have been in trouble!
