"This place was disgusting. The towel bar was ripped off the wall, there was a swastika painted in the bathroom, people lived in the room across from us, there was no carpet under the beds (to reduce bedbugs I assume), there were no screens on the windows, the staff was incredibly rude, I could go on and on. Do not, under ANY circumstances, stay here. "

The unit is easy to access, very clean, perfect lake side location, and extremely well stocked with everything you need for a vacation! The host is so kind, very quick with communication and easy to contact. We decided this will be our go to annual vacation home, and already cannot wait to go back next year!! "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Sunset Chalet. The over the top characteristic was the stunning views of Lake Tahoe from our deck. Chalet was exceptionally clean and well stocked with thoughtful amenities. Host was immediately available to resolve an issue when the area power was shut down and we called her cell phone. Would we return- absolutely."

"The property is well located in the neighborhood of Brockway on the north shore within walking distance of King's Beach, a cute local town. Our entire family felt the home had all one could need to settle in for a week or month, with a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. It is a very beautifully decorated home with all the amenities one could want, including a spa. We have an adult family, so stairs are not an issue. Small children could have problems if not watched, but we are in Tahoe, the land...
