"All the staff were welcoming and helpful during our stay. Our room housekeeper Lea was excellent. Always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom has Hawaiian Tropic shampoo, conditioner and shower gels which were lovely! The lobby was presently beautifully with Christmas decorations and the hotel offered great amenities for families eg, beach chairs, towels, body boards. The spa was lovely but the pool was a disappointment...

The master bath shower heads did not operate correctly and remained a dribble for showers. My husband says the splitter was broken. There were ants in the laundry room. It would have been nice if the kitchen was better equipped. It was lacking basics and we cook a fair amount. We had to buy items such as cutting board, measuring cups, and a knife that was actually sharp enough...
