Find All-inclusive Hotel in North Lake Tahoe

"We’ve been staying at this hotel for 7 years during the holiday season, and this is one of our favorites. However, this year we were very disappointed with the very short list of activities prepared for the guests. The new management is not quite successful with the entertainment program. The previous management had numerous activities throughout the day, including activities for children, entertainment at the lobby, hot cocoa during the day, a coffee bar by the lobby. "All staff members we interacted with had great customer service. They were all extremely helpful. The breakfast bar was set up so you could easily see what was available and I loved the freedom of taking it to my room to enjoy on the balcony. The coffee, tea and cookie bar in the afternoon was a nice treat as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we are already making plans to return with our family."

"The staff were wonderful, the area around was great, the vew we had of the water was stunning. Since it gets dark quickly they even allowed us to check in early a little and check out late a little to watch the view and make use of our reservation. They are wonderful I highly recommend this place! 10/10"
