"We’ve been staying at this hotel for 7 years during the holiday season, and this is one of our favorites. However, this year we were very disappointed with the very short list of activities prepared for the guests. The new management is not quite successful with the entertainment program. The previous management had numerous activities throughout the day, including activities for children, entertainment at the lobby, hot cocoa during the day, a coffee bar by the lobby. "The staff were wonderful, the area around was great, the vew we had of the water was stunning. Since it gets dark quickly they even allowed us to check in early a little and check out late a little to watch the view and make use of our reservation. They are wonderful I highly recommend this place! 10/10"

"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."
