"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."

"Only now, with the email to leave the review, I learned that I had vip benefits. there wasn't any communication about vip benefits to me. the checkout time was 10am and when I asked if this can be extended they told me that 10:30 is maximum doesn't feel like vip benefits at all. this comment is purely about vip benefits s. the place I self is amazing."

"I was there with my family and we stayed there for two nights the location to diamond Peak was perfect since it was only within minutes to the ski resort. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The overall setting and cleanliness was exceptional."
