"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."

"We booked a last minute room here as we were snowboarding at Palisades. 15 mins away with no traffic (about 25 in the traffic at 4-5pm). The room had a bedroom with a king bed and a sofa in the main room. It just fit my family of 5, but with 2 teens on the sofa pullout and my 9yo daughter in the king bed with us. Overall, it functioned well enough for a great price. It's next door to Safeway, CVS, and many food options, which was convenient when it snowed heavily and didn't want to drive. The...

"Love the location to the Olympic Village, pet friendliness, super comfy bed and the bar for bites and creative libations. All staff were wonderful. We fully expected high rates for the convenient location and splurged $2500 for 3 nights over Valentines & Presidents weekend. We wouldnt pay that again unless PlumpJack refreshed its tired rooms. "Loved our stay. Very up to spec property, very clean with friendly staff at the reception. Our unit came with ski locker on the 1st floor - great feature don't need to carry and store skis in the unit. Very close to gondola."

"All over is good, but you have to pay for every single step. If you want to seat at fire pit, you should book it and pay a lot of money. All fire pits were reserved, but for 3 days i didn't see and single person seating there. "
