"I arrived at the hotel to find that the company had sold my room 2x and someone else was staying in my room. I called several times and spent hours trying to get on the phone to sort it out and get my refund. I ended up having to pay more to get in a room that was more expensive at the hotel because of this which inconvenienced me and my family. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND 4-5 days later. "All staff members we interacted with had great customer service. They were all extremely helpful. The breakfast bar was set up so you could easily see what was available and I loved the freedom of taking it to my room to enjoy on the balcony. The coffee, tea and cookie bar in the afternoon was a nice treat as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we are already making plans to return with our family."
