"Great location to have direct access to get around Tokyo. The hotel is right next to the entrance to the Kuramae station, making it easy to hop onto the subway. And with multiple conbini, drug store, grocery store, and fast food in the area, you can find most things you need for your travels or food. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, although one person (manager?) was a little gruff and not very welcoming. "overall pretty good. capsule is on the smaller side but very cozy. The facilities are good apart from the dryer which didn't dry my clothes much after an hour. other than the dryer would stay again."

"Staffs are friendly and responsive. Room is clean with both heat/cool AC, water. Couple of cons for me are: small shower stall. Did not have much room to hang tower or clothes without getting them wet. Another con is the noise due to the surrounding bars and karaoke bars. everyday party up to 5:00 AM! If that is your desire, then go for it. Overall, I like it due to its location near Shinjuku station and cleanliness. "

"It felt like a small business hotel in terms of how well maintained it is. I do wish each floor had a shower though. Overall great price. When I come back to Japan, I will book this hostel again if possible."
