"Great stay spoilt by one other ladie staying at the hotel, on 3 occasions on leaving and entering the hotel the lady would shout abusive comments and strange noises at us, it was reported to staff but when returning later on she done it again white smoking at the main entrance,not sure if drunk or drugs very off putting when you work hard to pays and treat yourself and someone has to spoil it and cause your anxiety to spark as she was constantly around the exi/entrance, ,such a shame as no...

"The apartment was scrupulously clean. We've stayed here three times over the last couple years and they have always been really clean. The deco is modem and still in excellent order. Parking is great..right on the front door and it's only a short walk into the city..a fantastic place to stay when visiting the city"

"Just spent two nights there for my son's wedding, what a fabulous chic place. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Excellent hot food served at all meals we had including the breakfasts. Bathroom in our room (23) was unbelievably hot with a fabulous rain shower. Not cheap but worth every penny, 5*"

"I have stayed here a couple of times now whilst staying in Newcastle for the weekend. Its the ideal location to be in the heart of Newcastle. Parking is a short walk away and I love the bar downstairs for pre night out drinks. Staff are lovely and so helpful and i will continue to stay here everytime I plan a weekend in Newcastle."

"Loved how close it was the in city centre, the town was just around the corner with many food places to try. Although the room was small, it was just right for two people. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve slept on and regret not trying the breakfast bar as it looked amazing when we were walking past. The communal space downstairs looked very modern and relaxing to sit and enjoy a drink. Would definitely stay here again! "
