An exceptionally good hotel, the best i have stayed at during 25 years of travelling for work throughout the world. Immaculate throughout, very comfortable beds and the friendliest, most helpful staff you could ever hope to meet. Highly recommended to anyone travelling in the Newcastle area and i look forward to my next stay.

My husband and I stayed here on Saturday for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely modern and clean bedrooms & hotel. Great dining options downstairs with 2 bar/restaurant to choose from and even a soft play if we want to bring our little one next time!

Always top class here. Stay here every month for work and I forget how comfortable the bed is, how nice the shower is, and how well presented the whole place is. It’s top tier with nice cans of water, free biscuits in the room, and modern facilities like a smart TV etc. It’s amazing how they pull this off whilst still being one of the cheapest hotels I stay in around the UK.

Terrible service - noise was non stop loud talking, laughing and disturbance by their own housekeeping team. I even have a video of the staff member doing this. Paid £80 to have a disturbed horrible sleep, mentioned to receptionist. Nothing done apart from her saying “I spoke to the housekeeping team it’s been rectified.” Well how exactly has it been rectified when we’ve paid £80 for a disturbed sleep and restless stay along with their aircon not working? Literally nothing offered to makeup for the bad service. Place looks nice and has nice clean tidy rooms but the service makes you rather stay in a cheap £30 a night with better service and staff members of the housekeeping team who don’t laugh and joke at early hours of the morning.
