"This is an excellent hotel. The location is perfect for access to Mayfair and Hyde Park. Our room (the executive suite ) was spacious and a great view. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only negatives were that the electric sockets would not hold our adapters. The beds were a bit soft. The heater made the room too hot so we didn’t run it. The bathroom had a bad odor. They fixed this (without us asking) by putting on a hidden fan that ran the whole time. We didn’t use the restaurant...

"We have stayed at Hotel Gotham many times before and absolutely loved it. Upon check in, the lady at reception remembered us from before and offered us both complimentary breakfast in the morning, which was an amazing and very thoughtful gesture. She is a real asset to the hotel! On the other hand, when we went to the rooftop bar, we were greeted by a gentleman who seemed quite disinterested and grumpy about being there.
