"Perfect place to stay with a large group or multiple families, lots of room and bathrooms!"

"This place would make a fantastic wedding venue. Plenty of garden photo ops. Great gardens. On the flip side, it appears as if no-one had been here for a while. Hanging cob-webs, mould in the water filters, lawn needed mowing, outdoor furniture was strewn across the lawn, outdoor table was mouldy, oven needed a clean, etc. The new carpet meant a few doors wouldn't open so wardrobes were unavailable."

"The property photos made rooms, particularly lounge look a lot bigger than what it was. This was a very small property for 8 adults. Liked the location within Hastings. "

"Very easy to feel at home. The weather wasn’t always the greatest but the house was warm and my husband spent a happy time on the covered balcony gazing at the sea. Lots of walks on the beach and the tracks. The sea was a constant companion. A great escape for a few days. Would like to stay longer next time. "

"The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and flawless. My family have stayed here with our german shepherd almost four times in the last 18 months and it is absolutely spectacular with serene views, incredibly clean home and all the facilities you need for a relaxing family trip. Unfortunately the reason for the 1 star rating relates to the level of communication with the Property Manager. Due to a death in our extended family two days before the trip we were unable to make the trip. We had...
