"The pool was out of action disappointingly and the bar shut quite early. We would have stayed in town had we realised we weren’t within walking distance of amenities. However staff were really nice and the rooms were lovely. I have left a dress in the wardrobe and can’t seem to get an answer to my emails. "

"Very easy check in. Good location and walking distance to restaurants and cafes! Swimming pool was clean and warm. Only downside was other people staying here were quite loud but that is out of the accommodations control. Overall I really enjoyed staying here!"

"Room was a bit dated with so so bathroom and A/C"

"As a family of four with 2 school aged kids we really enjoyed our stay. While a bit dated looking the warm pool and mineral baths were a wonderful way to start and end the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for walking to the public central thermal pools and the lake not too far a walk away too. The beds were comfortable and the facilities in the apartment good. We would definitely stay again."

"Good hotel in a great location for central Rotorua. We did not realise it was a pet friendly hotel (may have changed as we booked nearly 12 months ago) but the staff were very sympathetic and upgraded us to a family room not usually used for pets. So 100% for customer service. Would certainly recommend "
