"We arrived later in the evening and it was hard to find and difficult to see the instructions for check in. It felt like we were walking up to someone’s house. The fresh fruit at breakfast was wonderful but the rest of breakfast was underwhelming. "

"Really nice and clean. Driveway parking is abit tight if you have a large vehicle but lots of on street parking. Would happily stay again, great price aswell "

"Isla on reception was ultra helpful, the property was very unique but lovely. Special additions were complimentary refreshments in the library, beautiful gardens and handy laundry facility. Walking distance to restaurants was about fifteen minutes"

"👍 Like my review! We had a 2 night stay at "Te Wanaka Lodge" in Wanaka, New Zealand as part of our journey across the country. We chose the location because it was close to downtown, the lakeshore, eateries (including tons of food trucks), and even an awesome cinema. The checkin process could be improved since parking was difficult but earlier communication of a nearby public parking would be helpful. Nevertheless, the staff were lovely and kind showing us several of the rustic common areas...

"No one at check in but a note to go to the restaurant next door if help was needed. Soggy mattress. (Bleach?) stain on blanket cover. Breakfast next morning: ran out of coffee, brought tiny French press. Very limited choices for the rest of the food. Waited 30 mins for eggs while later arrivals were served. There’s only a one hour window to get breakfast. "
