No one cleaned the room. Also spoke to reception and they sent no one up. We had two kids under 3 and the rubbish can pile up with nappies etc. Staff weren’t friendly either.

It’s an average stay. Nothing stands out. Heater did not work in our room. Called room service multiple times. Got told nothing can be done apart from giving us extra blankets. Poor customer service during check in aswell. Had to ask about parking, breakfast and pools. No information was given unless asked.

Have stayed at The Grand previously but first time to have breakfast at the Terrace. Food selection is good but layout can be improved. People bumping into each other going from one station to another and their tables. Al fresco seating preferable over indoor (lights dim and can get noisy during busy hours). Overall stay was still pleasant. Dined at Metita and it was amazing!
