"We celebrated an engagement at the Kāmana Lakehouse and honestly it se the tone for our whole trip. It was so lovely to come home to such a cozy and chic hotel. The fires roaring in the lobby, the views from the restaurant, it all made for a very warm experience. The staff were very friendly! We didn’t get to experience the soaking tubs because they were in high demand, so we suggest booking your soaks ahead of time!"

"We absolutely loved our stay in the King Habour View Room! Amazing views of the Harbour Bridge & Sky Tower! The room was extremely clean, like new! Everything was well appointed and had everything we needed! Super comfortable room & bed, plush towels and amazing service! Close walking distance within the CBD and right by the Sky Tower. Would definitely stay there again. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"What an absolute gem! Awesome room, very roomy and well kept. Service has blown away every hotel I have ever stayed in, including any 5 star hotels I have stayed in, including the Ritz Carlton. "The only thing we really didn't like about this property and our stay was the breakfast. It was really expensive ($30 pp if you don't pre-book it, or $20 pp if you pre-book) and it's a buffet, but the eggs and beans were always cold. It didn't matter if we were the first ones there in the morning, still cold. The quality of the food provided in the buffet was not worth the price, and in fact, by the end of our stay, most of us preferred not to eat at all rather than eat that breakfast. ...

"Absolutely adored our stay at the Heritage. From signing in to signing out we had a lovely experience. The staff were so kind and helpful and the hotel itself was gorgeous. Our only bit of feedback- and I’m scraping the barrel here- is that it would be nice to have smart TVs and drop the sky as it makes for better watching but with all the entertainment in the area and the stunning scenery there was little time for TV anyway. "
