"We booked the house for four nights. Due to arriving at the house late afternoon we had no option but to stay at the house on the first night. We contacted the owner the following morning to advise home that the property was not fit for letting and cancelled the remaining three days. To be frank, one would not stay at the property even if it was free. The property did not present as advertised - in fact it was the polar opposite. "It was lacking a few bach comforts. Like tea or coffee etc, beds very clean ,views amazing and a great place for 8 people."

"Beautiful clean and comfortable property. Awesome location to enjoy the Waiarapa. We had to use the fire (in Jan!) and was nice and toasty warm. Advertised with a hot tub but no hot tub present. Kaleb was great to communicate with and easy checking in/out. Highly recommended for big family group."
