Our small balcony opened out to the heated pool which was perfect for a morning swim and with a short walk down the oath from our front door, we had access to the lake. We will definately stay here again whenever we come back to Taupo. "

"The Executive Studio was spacious, clean and in a new condition, and had all the kitchen equipment if you wanted to cook your own food. Parking space was easy to find. The reception staff was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about attractions in the area and nearby. She also stayed a little longer after the office hours to process our check-in as we arrived after the reception opening hours. So thank you. "Lovely staff. Comfortable beds & good tiny kitchen. Tiny shower & huge spa bath? Would be better to have roomy shower with perhaps foot step for access to feet for your older customer. Sadly the grounds were very unkept & so detracted from the accommodation. However, the Motor Lodge is very central to entertainment, restaurants, cafes."
