"Staff were friendly & very accommodating to our personal needs. Only downside is the smell of the cleaning solution they use around the lifts leading to Lambton Quay smells horrible like stale cigarette smoke. "

"Friendly welcome from reception staff. Very helpful. Room was good size and had everything that you required. Exceptional view. Restaurant was fully booked so recommend that you book in advance. However we were accommodated in the bar lounge. Good choice of wine and bar snacks that sufficed as an evening meal. Comfortable bed. Rainfall shower with lovely toiletries. Again book the hot soak tubs in advance. Restaurant for breakfast was delicious and again great service. "
