Great apartment
This is a great clean and very spacious apartment especially for being in the city. The nearest subway was a walk, but bus transportation was just around the corner. Our host was very responsive to any concerns and quick to respond to text. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Our stay was fantastic. Easy access to all forms of transit and easy to drive to and from. Street parking alone makes this property an absolute value. Clean, spacious, and large enough for several people. The property manager was friendly, accommodating, and fast to respond. We will definitely book this property again in the future.

Quick NYC visit from MI
We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. Having 3 rooms for sleeping and a kitchen were very helpful. Location was what we expected, but did take a bit to get to subway locations. Several local options for markets and shopping nearby.

great apartment for summer internship!
We stayed here for two months during our summer internship and it was great! Clean, newly renovated apartment. About 15 min walk from subway, but very close to east village. Very spacious, comfortable rooms. The host was very nice and easy to reach!

Best Value in Manhattan
My family of 6 were able to enjoy this apartment that had everything we needed. The kids each got their own bed and allowed much more privacy than a hotel. The apartment was recently renovated and the kitchen and bathroom were fantastic. The apartment was clean and safe. There were some great places to eat in the area and while it was a little far to the nearest subway station, it worked out well for us. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was quiet from city noise. This clean and updated apartment has to be the best value in Manhattan for a large family or bigger group.

⚠️Beware of this host! ⚠️Bait and Switch
Be warned!!!! ⚠️ Always contact VRBO directly and immediately should you encounter any issues with your VRBO property. VRBO will NOT help you after your stay. Unfortunately, we learned this the hard way. ⚠️Beware of this host.⚠️ We booked and paid for property #3295613 (3 bedroom, apartment #4), but we were put in #3295586 (2 bedroom, apartment #3). We had a group of 7 guests staying 4 days/3 nights. Despite the fact that there is an oven/stove top present in the unit, it does NOT function. NO toaster. The linens provided were 4 bath towels, one dishcloth and towel in the kitchen. There was bedding on 3 of the 4 beds. We had to contact the host to get bedding for the 4th bed. During our stay we had issues with ants in the bedroom (with the bed and futon). ALL linens & towels did NOT appear/feel/smell clean.The bath mat was filthy. The toilet was not functioning properly. The apartment did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. We also had an issue with loud noise at 2am from tenants above us (coincidentally, in the property we had booked and paid for). We contacted the host with our concerns during our stay, he offered an $80 refund (less than 10% of our total cost), and then did NOT respond to us. Because of time constraints and sight seeing reservations, we did not have free time to deal with the predicament. DISAPPOINTED with the lack of resolve through VRBO, who was unable to assist in any way. Do NOT recommend this property! or VRBO
