"I love this property. However, After waiting 30 min for my husband in the lobby from dropping off the car at the parking lot. To go to my room, I saw SEVEN people ask for umbrellas. Two staff would ask “are you guests?” They’d say yes, & an umbrella was handed to them. I checked in, went upstairs to drop my things off quickly. & rushed back down stairs. I went to the same lady giving out umbrellas & was ready to say “yes I’m a guest.” Only for her to say “you should have one IN YOUR ROOM?” As if...

"Exceptional location great views on room and great property front desk was great but the dining room staff extremely rude doesn’t look at you when you arrive you need to be very proactive for your service if you don’t intend on eating at hotel everything else is exceptional! "
