Address was wrong in Expedia information, difficult to find. 3rd floor walkup, expensive for what it was. Bed was comfortable, place was clean. Kitchen lacked dishwasher detergent, no toaster, very minimal kitchen equipment. No dish cloths or dish towels so hard to wash dishes by hand. Toilet tank constantly leaks water into the bowl so is constantly refilling - a huge waste of precious water.

A single apartment on the upper west side.
It is a single apartment in a residential building, more along the lines of Airbnb not Expedia. The phone number and address Expedia posts on its website is wrong. Once in NYC, I got an e-mail and a call from ( I assume ) the owner about the time I wanted to check in, ( Expedia posts a 3pm check-in time and check -out time at 11am). I waited outside for about 45 min for somebody to show up and got to the apartment about 5pm. The place was not clean yet. I was also asked to be careful not to talk to the others in the building about this arrangement.
