"The hotel is beautiful and the staff is top notch. Kenny, at the door, was the best host and helped me get acclimated to the hotel and to the French Quarter. The room, was clean and had a gorgeous balcony. The heat, however, wouldn’t get above 62 degrees the first night. After I called maintenance, it couldn’t get above 68. That was fine for me, but it was weird that it couldn’t work better. "

"Very good sized Frenchman Suite. Very Private and Quiet. Walking distance to the French Quarter. The only bad is that the overall cleanliness could have been better. Outdoor poolside tables were dirty, in room dryer drum and vent filled with lint/dust. Area rugs are in need of replacement. Shower missing faucet knob. "
