"We came to Nola as a family for a Thanksgiving getaway and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. We want a place that felt like home but in New Orleans. The home is beautiful appointed and has a lovely balcony. The area has lots of cute place to grab a bite or do a little shopping. "Beautiful vintage hotel directly on the trolley route. They only give you one room key though. It is an actual key and not a key card. The rooms are smaller than one might like for the cost of the stay. We had a two room Thalia suite. "

Historic Streetcar Inn

3.5 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (230)
"We booked this hotel for 2 nights, before our cruise. It is a lovely Victorian with charm and convenience. Being on St Charles Ave, the streetcar is right in front of the hotel. And right in the middle of the French Quarter and the Garden District of New Orleans. Restaurants, cocktail lounges, and shopping, are all within walking distance as well. Our host Diane was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We are looking forward to another stay here, next time we get to New Orleans. "
