"The hotel is beautiful and the staff is top notch. Kenny, at the door, was the best host and helped me get acclimated to the hotel and to the French Quarter. The room, was clean and had a gorgeous balcony. The heat, however, wouldn’t get above 62 degrees the first night. After I called maintenance, it couldn’t get above 68. That was fine for me, but it was weird that it couldn’t work better. "

"Value for the price, a block away from the noisy Canal Street. You can still hear the boom boxes from the cars and the revving of the engines, but that eases away after midnight. Staff was very friendly, location is very convenient. There is a market across the street, reasonably priced QSR food as well. "I've stayed in this hotel about 5 times. before. Always come back because it’s a great hotel. My most recent stay was the best by far. We had an executive room. I’m spoiled now and can’t go back to a regular room. "
