"The hotel is beautiful and the staff is top notch. Kenny, at the door, was the best host and helped me get acclimated to the hotel and to the French Quarter. The room, was clean and had a gorgeous balcony. The heat, however, wouldn’t get above 62 degrees the first night. After I called maintenance, it couldn’t get above 68. That was fine for me, but it was weird that it couldn’t work better. "

"The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. It is a few blocks from Bourbon St. and the French Quarter. The breakfast was good and the parking was available although they did say sometimes it fills up and an auxiliary lot a block and a half may be needed. That did not effect our stay. The only thing that was a down but we did not bring it to the hotels attention was that our water never got completely hot. It was very cold out so maybe that had something to do with it.
