"The condo was very nice and perfect for this business trip. I saved money on meals by cooking in. There is a mini grocery store in the building and the view of the park was very nice. I love the floor-to-ceiling windows and the balcony. I would stay here again. It's a nice mile walk to McCormick Place."

"The stay started off poor. The suite had been unoccupied for a while with the heat setting at "Unoccupied" and set at 52 degrees. The windows in the bedrooms were left open so thiose rooms were even colder. The outside temperature was 18 degrees we we arrived. It took over an hour to get the room temperature up to 68 degrees. Lighting was also dim with many light bulbs out and needing to be replaced. The unit itself was clean, view and location were great. It would have been helpful if they...

"When we arrived, the sink was dirty and it took a while before the head of housekeeping arrived and cleaned it himself. This was literally the only inconvenient part. The hotel and staff were wonderful. "
