"Was a perfect location for my 3-night stay. Room very comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Heard from others that the complimentary coffee on the second floor was very good, but I am not a coffee drinker so I was not able to take full advantage of that included amenity. Would have liked a greater selection of teas or hot chocolate as an alternative to coffee. My room included an automatic coffee maker, but no pods for coffee or tea. My room also included a small fridge and microwave, which was great. A room booked for another member of my group was missing those two items."

"Good location; still a bit of a walk to the El or Metra but lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Enjoyed the manager's happy hour but breakfast on a weekend was a zoo! Lots of choices for a hotel breakfast buffet but so crowded even at opening time. We opted to eat around the corner at Eataly. "
