"Overall pleasant stay. Our room was on the street side and we could hear traffic in the back. Staff was very accommodating, we reserved and payed the room for the wrong day and they let us have the room for the next day."

"The staff is very friendly and the property is beautiful. The room where I stayed at, I was hearing a bit of the next door neighbor's tv. I also did not get to use the beautiful Fairmont robes. Probably they forgot to put clean ones there that day. At the restaurant the person cleaning the tables was such a wonderful man I forgot his name I give him 5 stars for his service. The other staff a bit slow to come by the table to check on you or pay the bill. Other than that it was such a lovely place to spend the night in SF. "
