"The overall stay was great after we got into the room. The check-in process was not the best, and the code we were given to get into the room didn’t work, had to wait 30-40minutes after paying more to check in early, before we could access the room. The beds however were AMAZING, literally the softest bed I have ever laid on! The pool and beach access were very nice despite the weather being super windy and cool. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Property is well maintained, well decorated, spacious room, small breakfast included and it was a very nice touch,because Miami Beach is very expensive place for a vacation. Staff was nearly invisible, which in my opinion is not bad. There are cameras everywhere and when you need something ( extra toilet paper, request to clean room)- they see you walking around looking for them and emerge from somewhere like a gin from the fairytale:) We had a good time in “Secret Garden”, it was nice to have...

"Clean and cute room, good location, man at the "office" was super nice. The room felt humid and we kind of felt like in a basement, but still everything was alright."

"I love my stay here. The only thing I didn’t like was if you have an issue, you have to contact a third-party. The people at the front desk cannot help you the property was clean and you can tell that they’re doing updates but other than that it was great for what I paid."
