"Ok where do I start, no sure how this property got a high review but has to be the worst property I have ever stayed in. Was nosiy, next door neighbors kept banging at something at nights, property smells bad, not as pictured on the ad. Limited selection to menu, very difficult to communicate as the had no one on staff that speaks English. Aac barely worked, limited selection on TV and was not like I could switch to Netflix or YouTube as the TV was not smart. Internet-service was also vet...

Radisson Cartagena Ocean Pavillion Hotel

"My time at this Hotel was short 3days but it was very good. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, extremely courteous. They only have one Restaurant on premises but the food was great. I will definitely stay here again. Also I received my VIP upgrade to a VIP suite and it was great, king size bed and very comfortable and clean."
