"Out vacation stay was far from great. No cleaning was done in our apartment, no one came to greet us or advise who to contact if we had any problems. I came across a few problems and went to the reception only to be told to speak to the person I booked the room from. I tried explaining to them that I booked through Expedia and they seemed not to know what that was. After some back amd forth they provided me with a name & number. "This apartment is a scam! I arrived here from the airport just to find out there is no room waiting for you. The front desk does not know anything about your itinerary and good luck getting a hold of the so called owner! Terrible experience which I will be taking high up and I want a full refund because I was not able to check into this apartment at all"

"I like that the hotel staff were kind, polite and very helpful in any request specially the girl who help us to check in and out (do not have her name) also I love the Breakfast Buffet. The only thing is that they need to update the coffee machine, hair blow dryer and bath soap containers."
