"Out vacation stay was far from great. No cleaning was done in our apartment, no one came to greet us or advise who to contact if we had any problems. I came across a few problems and went to the reception only to be told to speak to the person I booked the room from. I tried explaining to them that I booked through Expedia and they seemed not to know what that was. After some back amd forth they provided me with a name & number.
