"Difficult one to award stars. The hotel itself, appearance and setting is fantastic. The service and quality of food was exceptional as was the value for money. The one thing that was a huge disappointment was the room. We stayed in room 12. The bed, I think, was installed when the hotel was built, it was so uncomfortable that neither of us slept for more than a couple of hours. "Absolutely beautiful place to stay, my partner and I had one of the balcony rooms and it was lovely; very clean and well kept, we were provided with a kettle as well as tea, coffee and biscuits which was a nice surprise! We had a problem accessing the room initially but the host was incredibly helpful when we called and everything was sorted! One thing I would say is it’s down a lot of narrow country roads, so be careful of the weather (we got into a bit of trouble with flooding on the way...

From the moment we arrived our host Pam made us more than welcome even allowing us to take part in their Burns night that they had on that evening .
