"My family and I had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights to celebrate my 50th birthday. The property surpassed all of our expectations and was the perfect setting for a murder mystery night 👻. Everything had been thought about from the provision of toiletries to an abundance of glasses, cutlery and plates etc. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us without feeling that we were in each others way. The only downside being that we only stopped 2 nights."

"We had a lovely time in this beautiful house - there was plenty of living space for the whole group to spread out and we loved having a big group dinner in the grand dining room. The house is old and some niggles are to be expected (minor cobwebs, loose doorknobs, a couple of chipped mugs) and they definitely didn't take away from our love for the place (and shouldn't deter anyone else!)."

"Had two families stay in the one house, its a great location, close to the train station and 10 mins walk to city center and all the restaurants and shopping you need."

"The accommodation was very poor standard. The small bedroom had no electricity except for overhead light. Situation of bed meant no access to bedside table in that room. Really unfit for purpose The place felt grubby. Not enough crockery. No basics left eg milk bread washing up liquid. The upstairs toilet blocked on first day and left a voicemail msge to Gary but no reply. Bathroom needs immediate refurbishment. As does kitchen and downstairs loo there was no toilet brush or roll holder All...

"A wonderful and spacious stone house with exceptional facilities especially in the kitchen. All the bedrooms has comfortable beddings and with enough room for 8 adults and 4 children. We definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit Bala in North Wales for its facilities and location. "
