"Lovely quaint inn with loads of character. Staff were friendly and polite. fast check-in. Good choice of evening menu. Quality of food was really good. On a negative note, stayed in room 16 which has a very noisy toilet mulcher which makes a very loud grinding noise when flushing the toilet or even just running a tap. "

"A really lovely room, it appears to be new. The shower room was amazing, great shower and the tiles looked really nice. The floor of the bedroom wasn’t clean on arrival but when I asked about it they dealt with it quickly. All staff were very friendly and the service was great in the restaurant. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious and great value. We were given £20 vouchers due to our tv not working during our stay which was a kind gesture. The parking is included and so convenient....

"Good location - staff friendly and helpful - room lightening very dull to read anything only bathroom light bright - no lifts only stairs - beds were small I was frightened to turn over incase I fell out of bed - seems an old building g needs a refurb to modernise it - windows didn’t open to stay open enough to get signing and radiators in a timer room very warm- otherwise it served the purpose glad we only stayed 1 night "

"Stayed for 2 nights, room was a nice size. Bed was comfy. Shower struggled to get hot so was just warm and is quite small. The TV is tiny they defo could do with bigger ones. We stayed on the half board option and evening meals were delicious, breakfast was good too. "

"One night stay along with our 15yr old son. All 3 of us stayed in the same room which was very spacious, set out lovely and very clean. "It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."
