"Delightful stay in a modern hotel room in central Bristol. We were pleased with nearly everything! The room was available early, it was clean and well appointed, and very comfortable. The shower is excellent! The fan did not work and needs fixing to avoid steaming up the room. Breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our stay."

"Spotless comfortable rooms. Good food. Minus. App not working to order food. Seat cushions in dining area need replacing as grubby and foam showing through on some. Very happy with my stay overall"

"It was a lovely hospital. Sadly our heating didnt work but the receptionists was so lovely she managed to provide us with extra duvet. Marcos restaurant was do lovely. Staff were so nice."

"Overall our stay was good. Food was nice and room was clean. Only issue was front desk staff were not aware of reservations and packages on our booking, which were made through a third party (hotels.com). Guessing there is a breakdown in communication somewhere"

"Customer service was absolutely first class I was treated extremely well from check in until check out I stayed for 4 nights and got to know the place and staff quite well it’s a well run very professional hotel and extremely good value for money!!! I’d definitely stay again if the need came up 10/10 from me!! "

"The receptionist from Portugal, Marie on arrival was very helpful checking me in. She showed a real interest in my break which I appreciated. The hotel is close to the train station. Very good breakfast and comfortable rooms "
